To apply, please complete the Funds Transfer Form at http://www.dbs.com/sg/personal/cards/apply/Combined_AF_Cards_FT.pdf, fax it back and your desired amount (within the available credit limit of your DBS Credit Card) will be credited into your other bank account within 5 working days upon receipt of your request.
