So your impulsive behavior got the better of you and you finally got that cool tattoo done on yourself this New Year. Well, I know you can’t really blame yourself, that design was awesome and it would really look ultra fabulous with the sequined halter you purchased. But, sporting a new tattoo may not always be an easy affair. Once you have a new tattoo embedded into your skin, you also need to ensure proper care of the new tattoo. Tattoo aftercare is often forgotten in the initial euphoria of getting a tattoo done. Proper care of a new tattoo begins the moment you have engraved it upon your skin. Agreed, this is a work of art and it needs to be showcased to your friends, but tattoo care can help you in the long run and visibility of the permanent tattoo.
Body tattooing is the latest craze to make a personal style statement, especially among youngsters. Before it was a part of many cultures but today, people get a tattoo done to look cool or just for making a fashion statement. Whatever is the purpose behind getting a tattoo done, it is to be remembered that the ink used in making the design is permanent. In short, this form of body art should not be taken lightly and one should weigh the pros and cons before getting it done, not to forget, the painful procedure of injecting ink under the skin layer.
When you experience tingling in fingers all of a sudden, you get a strange sense of discomfort. You can call it as a pins and needles kind of sensation or you can say it gives a prickling feeling or numbness. This may last for few minutes and disappear on its own. If it happens once in a while, then it is not a cause of concern. However, in case, it persists or recur again and again then it is likely to be triggered by some underlying health problems. It is mostly related to problems in nerves, muscles or blood circulation.
When you experience tingling fingers quite frequently, then it is advisable to visit a doctor for proper treatment of the problem. The exact cause is diagnosed with the help of physical examination of the affected hand, medical history of the patient and a few laboratory tests such as x-rays and MRI scan. If any underlying disease is responsible for this, then it is treated with suitable medicines in order to get rid of the problem. Diabetic patients are advised to keep their blood sugar level in check so that there is no further damage to the nerves. To heal up injuries, the hand should be rested for some time which depends on the severity of the injury. When pain accompanies the tingling feeling due to carpal tunnel syndrome, then pain relieving medicines are given to reduce the pain. Physical therapy is also very helpful for pain management. In serious cases, surgical option is availed to release the trapped nerve. To say I love a bargain is an understatement! However, I’ve recently watched this documentary and couldn’t be more terrified.
I am simply going to leave this post at that as I prefer to stay clear of “politics” here and if you wish to learn more you can.
Oh a happier note, I’ll have a few pictures of some CA-UTE handmade items soon that I hope you love.
